Message	people do not prioritize properly. I only know this because I work at an accounting firm where we have all kinds of different clients. We have one client who has just purchased a new Dodge Viper, financed it, lives in a 1 bedroom shitter in Panorama City, makes around $70K/year. Then we have the client who has 4 houses and drives a Honda Civic, is worth over a million dollars, has a very strong company that he built himself from scratch that manufactures baseball hats. If you speak to my boss (my dad) he'll tell you that there's only 2 things you ever go into debt for, one is to purchase a house and the other is for your health.
